Internal Rules and Regulations of Imperia Fratelli Hotel

We kindly ask you to observe the following rules and recommendations during your stay with us:

  • Check-in at the hotel begins at 2:00 PM.
  • Registration of all guests is mandatory and is performed upon check-in against a valid identification document (ID card, international passport). Unregistered persons are not allowed to stay in the rooms.
  • Payment is made upon check-in in cash or by card (Visa, Mastercard).
  • Pets up to 5 kg are allowed by prior arrangement, and a fee of €20.00 per night applies.
  • Check-out is by 12:00 PM.
  • Early check-in, subject to hotel availability and upon request, is charged at €20.00 per room – the earliest possible time is 11:00 AM.
  • Late check-out, subject to hotel availability and upon request, is available with the following options:

until 2:00 PM – €10.00 per room

until 4:00 PM – €20.00 per room

  • After 4:00 PM, an additional charge equal to the full night’s rate for the respective room applies.
  • Upon checking out of the room, the key card must be returned to the reception and the staff must be notified.
  • Smoking is prohibited in the rooms and indoor common areas of the complex. In case of violations, guests are subject to a fine of €100.00.
  • The lighting in the rooms is activated only if you place the card in the plastic slot on the wall.
  • For individual ironing, please contact the reception. For safety reasons, please exercise caution when ironing in the rooms.
  • Lighting candles in the rooms is prohibited.
  • Any damage caused is subject to additional payment, depending on the type of damage.
  • Guests are not allowed to bring or use their own electric heating appliances during their stay at the hotel.
  • The hotel is not responsible for documents and valuables not left for safekeeping in the in-room safes or at the reception.
  • Aggressive behavior and actions by individuals threatening the health and property of others will not be tolerated.
  • Hotel guests should familiarize themselves with the emergency instructions and the evacuation plan located on the inside of the hotel room door.
  • For safety reasons, it is not appropriate to leave children under the age of 13 unattended in hotel rooms or in common areas (restaurant, lobby bar, foyer). The hotel is not responsible for unaccompanied children.
  • Forgotten and lost items of hotel guests are stored for 1 month. In case of lost or found items, please contact the reception. The hotel bears no responsibility after the specified period.
  • Hotel guests are responsible for all damage caused to furniture and inventory during their stay at the hotel. All damages are to be paid by guests at prices determined by the hotel.
  • Persons in a visibly intoxicated state, under the influence of drugs or intoxicants, or exhibiting aggressive behavior are not allowed in the hotel.
